Thursday 26 September we’ll be attending the Emerce Ehealth conference in Amsterdam. During this event Hans Koning will announce the new social care platform we have been working on lately.

The platform Hart Volgers (heart followers) helps heart patients and their families to cope with their situation. It wants to bring together this specific niche that has so many answers and ideas to share. It got started by the Catharina Heart Center that has the ambition to be the leading group in the Benelux.
